PART-TIME Executive Assistant/Operations Manager – £35K to £45K pro rata.

Currently home based/remote, circa 22 hours per week within a 5-day week framework.

This small central London based consultancy work on international strategic communications projects with a strong political and cultural emphasis.  As EA/Operations Manager your role will be to bring order to the office (virtual and real), the CEO and their international projects.

  • EA to CEO including diary, minimal personal.
  • Supplier Management.
  • Main point of contact for external HR, IT and Finance.
  • Extensive virtual events and smaller meetings.
  • Office management and minimal facilities (serviced suite)

Experience in governance, diplomatic service, professional services, management consultancy, communications and PR a plus. Project Management experience with a particular emphasis on procurement and supplier management is a must.

Initial interviews will be virtual/phone with a Covid secure face-to-face meeting in the final stage according to the prevailing advice at the time.
